How to Submit Your Artwork/Graphics
If The Sign Store is handling your custom designs, you don’t need the following information. Add the Custom Design option to your order (above) and we will follow up.
If your artwork is ready to submit before you purchase this product, you can include it in the Graphics Upload (above) with your order.
Unless you’re using our design services, we require “print-ready” files from you for all your custom artwork. Please note that if we have to make changes to your file, there is a surcharge.
Your print files MUST adhere to the following:
- Template size specs must be observed
- Resolution: 150dpi
- File size MUST be under 300 MB
- Acceptable file types: JPG, PDF
- PDF Files MUST have images unembedded & fonts outlined (.ai) and all die-lines removed. In the event we need to do additional work on your file we will ask for the original non-print-ready version.
Canva Users: Resolution and sizing restrictions within Canva may not always meet the requirements for high-quality large-format printing. Because of this, we cannot guarantee the print outcome if your designs are created exclusively in Canva. For best results, we recommend working with professional design software that supports high-resolution, large-scale designs.
Again, please follow the above-stated requirements. Any print files we have to “fix” are subject to a surcharge.
Request Design Proof:
If you are submitting your own completed design, note that the final product may not turn out as you expect. We suggest you request a Design Proof (see checkout options). This gives you the chance to see the final product before it goes to print. You may waive the design proof – but please understand that you also waive your right to contest the design once it has printed.

Before you upload your artwork, please make sure you have the copyright or that you are authorized to use the images or files. The Sign Store LLC is not responsible for any copyright infringement.

- International Orders – the site does not currently calculate International Shipping Charges. After your order is placed we will contact you with your exact shipping quotes.
- All Custom Designed products are made to order unless otherwise specified. Production time is 2-3 days from the time we receive your approved artwork and then 4-7 business days in the air to you if you are in the Continental U.S., 4-10 days outside the U.S. Rush Orders available upon request, for an additional fee. Shipping times are not guaranteed.

General Information
A.C.M. Aluminum Composite Material
- 3mm Aluminum composite panel
- Two 0.15mm aluminum panels on a polyethylene core
- UV printed adhesive vinyl graphics
- Single or double sided
- Long lasting indoor or outdoor signage
- Lighter than solid aluminum panels
Our aluminum sandwich boards are made with two sheets of corrosion resistant aluminum permanently bonded to polyethylene core. These substrates come 1/8″ in thickness to fit most display stands and are perfect for long-term outdoor and indoor use. Aluminum Sandwich Board graphics are printed with UV ink.
